1. Why we collect data

• To respond to business inquiries, arrange a contact person and follow up
• To keep the website secure and prevent abuse (such as spam and bots)

2. What we collect

Data you provide through the contact form:

• Name, company or organization, email, phone number (optional)
• Service of interest, current project stage (optional), project requirements
• Time of submission and language used

3. How we collect it

You fill in the contact form yourself, or email contact@tfdcorp.net. When you browse the site, its servers also process connection data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver pages, protect the site and limit abuse. That data is not written to the form database.

4. Retention, location, recipients and use

• Retention: for as long as needed to handle your inquiry, then a reasonable period for business records or legal requirements. When no longer needed, TFD deletes or de-identifies it.
• Location: the site uses cloud services, so your data may be stored and processed outside Taiwan (for example where our providers operate).
• Recipients: TFD and the providers that help run the site: Cloudflare (hosting, form database, bot verification), MailerSend (form notification email) and Google Workspace (receiving email).
• Use: TFD uses your data only to respond to your inquiry and for the purposes above. TFD does not sell your personal data and does not share it with other third parties, except where the law requires.

5. Cookies and analytics

This website does not set cookies of its own and uses no third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

The contact page uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that the sender is a person. During verification Cloudflare receives your browser and connection data (including your IP address) and handles it under its own privacy policy. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, whose servers may keep access logs.

6. Your rights

Under Article 3 of the PDPA you may ask TFD to:

• Let you inquire about or review your data
• Give you a copy
• Supplement or correct it
• Stop collecting, processing or using it
• Delete it

7. How to exercise your rights

Email contact@tfdcorp.net with your identity and what you request. To protect your data, TFD may need to verify your identity first, and will reply within a reasonable time.

8. If you do not provide data

Fields marked * in the contact form are required, and the form cannot be sent without them. You can still email contact@tfdcorp.net or call TFD directly.

9. Security

Traffic to the site and form uses HTTPS encryption, and data is stored in cloud services protected by account permissions. Please do not send passwords, complete customer data or other sensitive documents through the form.

10. Changes

TFD may revise this policy as its services or the law change. Changes are published on this page with an updated date.
